Niall Molloy, Founder and CEO
NIMOL was founded by entrepreneur and investor Niall Molloy. Niall has spent more than two decades delivering major infrastructure and real estate projects in Ireland and internationally. He established NIMOL to develop residential communities that combine commercial discipline with long-term value for communities.
Niall is also the founder and CEO of Echelon Data Centres, one of Europe’s leading large-scale data centre developers; and the principal of commercial property development company Aldgate Developments.
